When his dad told him at an early age that “You make money by helping others make money,” Eric took that advice by trying to help people with what he was best at: His art. Studying for years under professional designers and illustrators and mentored by businessmen he respected, Eric and his wife Gina founded EYStudios as a design and branding agency. The company mission was simple: to create brands for businesses unlike anything else out there.

By bringing his illustration ability into the world of e-commerce, Eric pioneered the design of online stores that feature hand-drawn interactive features, developing hundreds of unique brands that engage customers. Eric’s penchant for designing stores that have a high-end “franchise” quality has allowed many of his smaller-store clients to compete against established brand names. Eric’s desire to showcase products at their very best has injected a rich user experience into hundreds of stores.

Eric graduated summa cum-laude from Mississippi State University with a B.F.A. emphasis in drawing. EYStudios provides scholarships and awards to design majors, looking for the next batch of potential artists and designers.

Eric has been featured in the New York Times, Entrepreneur and Newsweek, and has provided branding and design work for Sony, Amazon, NASA, Eureka Vacuums and Marvel Comics. He has helped lead a host of small businesses into becoming multi-million dollar successes, working closely with some of Internet Retailer’s Top 500 online stores. His passion for coaching store owners to think big about their branding potential has paid off for entrepreneurs across the globe.
